With three, multi-week sessions per year, we welcome young athletes of all ages and abilities. Our winter program is designed for kids in grades K-8, teaching the foundations of wrestling while balancing a fun and active outlet. We encourage all beginners to jump in our winter session for entry level conditioning. Our spring and fall clubs welcome athletes K-12 and cater toward both developing athletes and experienced grapplers looking to train with elite St. Louis area competition.
Our coaches! Our coaching staff is made up of experienced local coaches who work to balance a technical wrestling education with character building through persistent, committed training. They provide expert instruction and appropriate opportunities for athletes of all levels.
Located in the heart of Creve Coeur on the corner of Mason and Ladue, our facility is top notch. Whitfield School provides a world class training facility for TSL and the defending Class One Missouri Wrestling State Champions. Whitfield School has won seven team Missouri State Wrestling titles in the past ten years!

We require that each family (one per family) bring a $50 tournament work deposit for our December 10th tournament. We host a tournament at Whitfield and ask that all families send one representative to work the tournament. If your family is unable to work that day, we will use your deposit to hire a local high school athlete in your place. If you do work, your work deposit will bee returned to you after December 10th. Please bring a check (preferred) or cash to the first night of practice!
The club fee paid in STEP TWO is $250 and includes 2 practices a week through February and it also includes weekend coaching at tournaments. If you have more than one child in your immediate family participating, each additional child may train at a discounted rate of $150.
In STEP THREE, an AAU card will need to be purchased for $40. This card provides liability insurance for both the participating athlete and the club. We will not allow wrestlers to train in our room without having this card submitted.
